A guided session to explore the body from a fascial perspective.
We look at physical patterns, emotional layers, and cognitive habits that shape how your body holds pressure.
This session blends movement, guidance, and redirection. You will begin to recognize where you brace, where you compensate, and where tension has been building.
We explore:
• Postural patterns
• Breath mechanics and rib mobility
• Areas of fascial density or restriction
• How specific regions respond to targeted release
• What shifts in real time
You will both see and feel changes during the session.
