Workshops, Events, Groups, Corporate and Retreat Facilitation

I offer workshops and facilitated sessions for events, retreats, organizations, and groups. These sessions explore how stress and pressure show up in the body through fascia, breath, posture, and nervous system patterns.

Sessions can be designed as educational talks, guided movement experiences, or a blend of both. Together we can shape the format to fit your event and the needs of your group.

Movement based sessions often leave participants feeling calmer, lighter, and more connected to themselves and the people around them. Educational sessions help participants understand what is happening in their bodies and how to work with these patterns in everyday life.

Sessions are available online or in person.
