Mandy Inglis
Fascial Maneuver Coach
This work is long term and powerful.
It can be learned by anyone, at any stage of life and in any condition. The body is always adapting, and it is always capable of change.
Working with fascia offers a different way of understanding the body. Instead of forcing the body to perform, we begin to listen to how it is responding to pressure, stress, and experience.
When we learn to see the body this way, new possibilities for health, movement, and resilience begin to open.
Why Fascia Matters
Fascia is the connective tissue that supports your entire body. It wraps around muscles, organs, and joints, creating one continuous system from head to toe.
When life is stressful, when we push through pain, or when the nervous system stays on high alert, fascia can stiffen and lose its natural movement. This often shows up as chronic tension, pressure, pain, or a feeling of being “tight” all the time.
Many people try to fix this by stretching harder, exercising more, or thinking their way out of it. But fascia does not respond well to force or willpower.
It responds to gentle pressure, rhythm, and safety.
That is why working directly with fascia and the nervous system can create changes that finally last.
This work helps the body shift out of survival mode and back into ease.
What Is a Fascial Maneuver?
A Fascial Maneuver is a gentle, guided movement that helps release tension stored in the body.
During a session, we use specific positions, breathing, and subtle pressure to help fascia soften and reorganize. Nothing is forced. There is no pushing through pain.
These maneuvers work by sending clear signals to the nervous system that it is safe to let go.
Many people notice changes right away. Others feel a gradual shift over time.
Common experiences include:
Less tightness and pressure
Easier movement
A calmer nervous system
Feeling more grounded in the body
Each session is guided and responsive. Your body leads the process.
I’m Mandy Inglis — a Fascial Maneuver Coach, Wellness Educator, and Rebel Teacher. I guide people back to their own healing intelligence through fascia-first work, nervous system regulation, and radical self-trust.
I spent over 16 years in the education system as a lead teacher and Special Education Specialist, designing models to support neurodivergent learners and those who never fit inside the system. I witnessed firsthand how disconnection from the body leads to disconnection from the self — and how fascia, when understood and accessed, becomes a gateway back to clarity, power, and peace.
I do this work because I had to. After navigating overwhelm, emotional exhaustion, and full-body burnout multiple times, I realized that no external solution could restore what only my own nervous system and self-awareness could reclaim. My healing began when I started listening to what my body had been trying to say all along.
Today, I’m proud to be part of the Human Garage movement — a global initiative leading the shift from external dependency to embodied self-healing. As a Certified Fascial Maneuver Coach, I stand alongside others around the world helping people unwind trauma, release stored tension, and reclaim their sovereignty — one session, one breath, one body at a time.
I’m also the founder of Innerstellar, a transformational business devoted to doing the inner work that truly changes everything. From fascia education and energy alignment to self-leadership and somatic intelligence, every offering is built to serve one mission: helping people heal themselves and remember who they really are.
This isn’t quick-fix wellness. It’s the real work — the body-led, truth-facing, pattern-breaking kind. Whether you’re navigating chronic pain, emotional shutdown, or just a deep sense that there’s more, I’m here to walk with you as you remember.
Your body already knows what to do. Let’s make space for it to speak.

Real Stories
“Transformative Relief and Renewed Hope: My Experience with Mandy Inglis and Fascial Maneuvers”
For years, I’ve struggled with ongoing chronic pain, restricted mobility, and a deep sense of discomfort in my body—issues rooted not only in physical misalignment but also in unresolved trauma from severe childhood abuse. The toll on my posture, organ function, and emotional well-being were profound. I had many forms of bodywork over the years, some of them quite intense, and yet I still found myself with lingering, long-standing tension patterns that wouldn’t fully resolve.
Working with Mandy Inglis, a certified Fascial Maneuvers coach, has been a unique experience—one that is surprisingly gentle yet incredibly powerful.
What I immediately appreciated was how easy it was to connect with Mandy from the comfort of my home via Zoom. We reviewed my intake history, and she carefully explained the details about fascia and what it does within the body. Mandy took the time to show the postures and breathing methods at a pace that felt safe and supportive. Her grounded, approachable, and attuned presence ensured my comfort throughout the entire release process.
The session itself was profoundly centering. By the end of the session, I began experiencing a visceral response. Additional layers of stored trauma began to surface and release from my body. This isn’t unfamiliar territory for me, but the method Mandy uses brought forward a new level of somatic unwinding that didn’t require intense pressure or pain to be effective.
Even after just one session, I’ve noticed significant improvement in the mobility of my ankles, feet, neck, and shoulders. My alignment feels more fluid and natural. It still amazes me that something as subtle as fascial maneuvers and breathing can produce such a strong and healing shift. Unlike some high-intensity modalities like Rolfing, this approach doesn’t push the body—it invites it to let go.
I now feel hopeful and optimistic. With continued sessions from Mandy or other well-trained fascial maneuvers practitioners, I believe I can finally release the deeper trauma holding patterns that remain within my body.
If you’re looking for a trauma-informed, skillful, and deeply compassionate guide to help you reconnect with your body’s natural capacity to heal, I highly recommend working with Mandy Inglis.
