Your body has been part of the story all along.
How you breathe.
How you move.
What you brace against.
What you tolerate.
How quickly you react.
What you override.
Your life doesn't only shape what you think. It shapes how you experience being you.
Innerstellar is about learning to work with that.
Fascia. Movement. Nervous system regulation. Honest coaching. Real-life practice.
Not more information to collect.

YOU KNOW THIS FEELING
Maybe you already know more than you need to know.
You may understand your patterns.
You may know why you overthink, push through, stay too long, say yes when you mean no, or struggle to slow down.
But understanding something and being able to choose differently while it is happening are not the same thing.
That space between knowing and living is where I work.
LISTENING A LITTLE CLOSER
When you stop overriding yourself, you start noticing things earlier.
The tension before it becomes pain. The yes that should have been a no. The moment your breathing changes. The thought spiral before it takes over. The exhaustion before you push through it.
You become more present in your own life.
You respond instead of automatically reacting.
You make decisions with more clarity.
You trust yourself more because you are actually listening to yourself.
You move differently. You breathe differently. You relate differently.
And over time, your life begins to feel less like something you are managing and more like something you are actually living.
This is not about becoming perfectly regulated.
It is about becoming more available to yourself while life is happening.
WHAT THE WORK LOOKS LIKE
The body is not separate from your life.
Stress, habits, relationships, fear, pressure, movement, breathing and the way you respond to the world all leave patterns.
Some of those patterns show up in your thoughts.
Some show up in the way you move, brace, breathe and hold tension.
That is why I work with more than mindset.
My work brings together fascia, Fascial Maneuvers, movement, nervous system regulation and coaching to help you notice what is happening in real time and create a different experience.
The goal is not to become dependent on another person to tell you what you need.
It is to understand yourself well enough to participate in your own life.
01
Fascia + Movement
Fascia is the connective tissue network that runs throughout the body.
Fascial Maneuvers combine movement, breath and self-applied pressure to explore tension, mobility and body awareness.
02
Nervous System Regulation
Not learning how to stay calm all the time. Learning how to notice what is happening inside you, remain more present under stress and recover without constantly overriding yourself.
03
Coaching
Because sometimes the body tells you something and then you still have to decide what to do with it.
We look honestly at patterns, relationships, choices, boundaries, beliefs and the life you are actually creating.
START WHERE YOU ARE
There is more than one way to begin.
You do not have to know exactly what you need.

I don't want to become the expert on you.
I want you to become the expert on you.
MEET MANDY
I didn't set out to do this work.
For years, I was an educator. I was good at pushing through, holding things together and taking care of what needed to be done.
Eventually, my body had other ideas.
Learning to listen to it changed the direction of my life.
Today, I'm a Human Garage Certified Fascial Maneuvers Coach, Core Method Certified Coach, former educator and founder of Innerstellar.
What makes my work different is that I bring those worlds together.
We work with the body through fascia, movement, breath and nervous system regulation, while also looking honestly at the patterns, beliefs, relationships and choices shaping your life.
I'm interested in what actually helps people change.
Not performing wellness. Not collecting more information. Not becoming dependent on someone else for answers.
I want you to understand yourself better, trust what you notice and have practical ways to work with yourself while real life is happening.
A PHILOSOPHY. A PRACTICE. A PATHWAY.
Student of Life
Your life is the teacher. Student of Life helps you become present enough to learn from it and conscious enough to participate in what comes next.
It is a body of work for recognizing what is shaping you, reconnecting with what is true, and turning what you discover into the way you live.
TWO WAYS INTO THE WORK
STUDENT OF LIFE: THE JOURNAL
A THREE-MONTH SELF-GUIDED PRACTICE
Through daily reflections and intentional practices, the journal helps you notice what keeps repeating, reconnect with yourself, and translate insight into everyday life.
Structured enough to support you.
Open enough to let your own life lead.
STUDENT OF LIFE: REMEMBERING YOUR FUTURE
A SUPPORTED, EMBODIED COURSE EXPERIENCE
A deeper exploration of the patterns that have shaped who you have been and the possibilities calling you forward. Move through six stages of the work: Awareness, Patterns, Capacity, Embodiment, Relationships and New Identity.
This is where insight moves beyond understanding and becomes something you practise through your body, your choices and the life you are creating.
REMEMBERING YOUR FUTURE
Six days in the Mexican jungle.
Fascial maneuvers, movement, breath, ceremony and honest conversation. Not to escape your life. To see it clearly enough to choose how you return to it.

A CLOSER LOOK AT FASCIA
Fascia is not passive wrapping.
It's sensory.
Fascia contains a rich network of sensory nerve endings. It helps the brain receive information about movement, pressure and what is happening within the body.
It supports fluid movement.
Superficial fascia contains blood vessels and lymphatic vessels involved in moving fluid between tissues.
It’s layers are meant to glide.
Fascial layers slide relative to one another and against adjacent muscles. This allows the body to move and adapt without behaving like one rigid structure.
Fascia isn't new. Our understanding of what it does is.
SO HOW DO WE WORK WITH IT?
Through guided movements that combine position, breath, pressure, resistance and rotation. These movements help you become more aware of what your body is doing and give it another way to respond.
HOW THE WORK ACTUALLY FEELS
The questions people actually ask.
-
A fascial maneuver is a guided movement practice combining specific positions, breath, gentle pressure, resistance, and intentional rotation and counter-rotation.
Rather than moving one part of the body in isolation, you create a gentle pull in opposing directions. This reflects the spiralling, multidirectional arrangement of fascia throughout the body and allows the maneuver to involve more than one area or plane of movement.
You are not forcing a stretch or pushing through pain. You are giving your body new sensory and movement input, creating space to notice, soften and move differently. -
No. Stretching usually focuses on lengthening a particular muscle. Fascial maneuvers involve more of the body through breath, pressure, resistance, rotation and movement.
It is less about how far you can reach and more about changing how you feel and move.
-
Sometimes it feels subtle. Sometimes it is surprisingly intense.
You might notice warmth, tenderness, shaking, emotion, a deeper breath or movement somewhere you did not realize felt restricted. Every body responds differently.
The goal is not to manufacture a dramatic release. It is to become more able to feel and work with your own body.
-
No. This is not a performance, workout or flexibility test.
Every maneuver can be adapted. You can work seated or standing, move within your own range and pause whenever you need to.
-
The goal is to help your body experience enough safety to soften and respond. For some people, touch supports that. For others, it does not.
Some maneuvers can be assisted with hands-on guidance to deepen the position, resistance or sensory experience. Touch is always discussed first, guided by clear consent and never required.
You remain in control throughout the entire experience.
-
Yes. Because you perform the maneuvers yourself, I can observe how you are moving, offer cues and help you adjust the practice in real time.
Online sessions do not include touch, but they can help you develop confidence in listening and responding to your own body.
-
This is a practice, not something you do once and consider finished.
A few minutes practised regularly can be more useful than waiting for the perfect time to complete a long routine. We begin with one or two maneuvers that can realistically fit into your life.
-
There are no promises of a quick fix.
What makes this work different is that you are not simply receiving another treatment or collecting more information. You are learning to recognize your patterns and work with your body in real time.
The aim is not dependence. It is greater awareness, choice and self-trust.
